As a reaction, you can force one creature into taking his last action again on his next turn for the duration, if he fails a WIS saving throw.
If the creature was performing the attack action then he must make the attack at the exact same place again on his next turn. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of his turn, and he can roll with advantage if he was in the middle of casting a spell.
Alternatively,
You can twist the time around an enemy to make it experience a painful event twice. The target must succeed a WIS saving throw or take the same amount and kind of damage it took, up to 30 of damage.
