Blood Spear

You crush the vial of blood in your hand. From it forms a sanguine spear that can be thrown as a bonus action. Roll a ranged spell attack. On a successful role the target will take 2d12 piecing damage. You may choose to take damage from the spell to increase it power. The spell will do an additional 1d10 of necrotic damage to the target for every 1d8 of damage you choose to take.

If this spell takes over you hit point maximum you will automatically die.
