Astralus Novatan

When this spell is casted the spell’s roaring explosion puts fear into even the gods. The explosion radius of ranges from a minimum of 0.1 miles to a maximum of 1 mile from the epicenter. Inside of Astralus Novatan the radius deals fire, brilliant, and impact damage, and 0.5 miles outside of the radius of deals impact and brilliant damage. Any entity inside Astralus Novatan are immediately incinerated. All who are within 3 miles from the outermost part of the explosion receives the status blindness, and those within 5 miles of the outermost part of the explosion receive the status deafened.
