Water Shuriken

You fire a barrage of sharp shurikens at a target. Make a ranged attack roll, doing 1d4 damage on a hit. After successfully hitting a target, roll a d4. On a result of 3 or 4, another shuriken strikes the target for an additional 1d4 damage. Continue this process maximum of four additional hits.
