When you cast the spell, the black pearl slowly disappears in your hand, as your skin turns a dark grey beginning from the hand in which you held the pearl. Your eyes turn a dark blue with yellow spots (looks like the night sky).
For the duration, you ignore all verbal and somatic components and you don't need to breath. In an 20 ft. radius centred on you a vacuum forms. All creatures in the radius, when the spell is first cast or they enter the sphere the first time, must make a constitution saving throw. On success they can hold their breath, on a failure they begin to suffocated. No sound can enter or be produced in the sphere. In the following turns as an action you can attempt to shift a creature in to the far realms. It must make a wisdom saving throw or be teleported to a random location in the far realms until the start of your next turn. During the time in the far realms it suffers 8d6 psychic damage and one effect from the short-term-madness table. If a creature fails the wisdom saving throw three times in a row, it also gets a effect of the long-term-madness table, and finally if the same creature fails 5 wisdom saving throws in total it gets an flaw from the indefinite-madness table.
