Celestial Wrath

You call upon the wrath of the gods and angels that reside in the Celestial Plane, urging them to smite your foes. Choose up to 5 creatures within range. Each creature must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 12d12 radiant damage. If they succeed on the saving throw, they take half the damage. A creature that failed the saving throw must also make a Constitution saving throw or become permanently blinded. This blindness can be cured by nothing less than a Wish spell.
