A storm cloud appears in the shape of a cylinder that is 10 feet tall with a 60-foot radius, centered on a point you can see within range directly above you.The spell fails if you can't see a point in the air where the storm cloud could appear (for example, if you are in a room that can't accommodate the cloud).
A torrent of acidic rain begins to fall from the cloud. When a creature moves into the spell’s area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, that creature must make a Constitution saving throw or take 10d6 Acid damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the acid damage increases by 2d6 for each slot level above 5th.
