Cardiac Arest

You target one creature you can see in the range, attempting to forcefully stop their heart. The target makes a Constitution saving throw, on a failure taking 4d6 Force or half as much on a success. Additionally if the target fails the roll by 5 or more the target takes 8d6 Force damage and the target is knocked prone and unconscious for 1d8 minutes, a creature 5 ft. away from the target can use their action to shake the unconscious creature awake.
