Water Jet

A powerful stream of water is propelled from your hand. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 3d8 bludgeoning damage. If the target is Large size or smaller, it must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone. If the temperature where you cast this spell is below 32° F, the jet deals an additional 2d8 cold damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the bludgeoning and cold damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 1st.
