Control Element

You seal a sacrifice in a rital. It must succeed on a Wisdom, Intelligence and Charisma saving throw to escape. If it succeeds, it loses 25 HP/your level. If it loses it's essence is transferred to you in the form of a scale. This scale can be on any part of the body. You can only have one scale of one type on your body. This may cause advantage or disadvantage on diplomacy checks against other elementals. Alternatively, the essence can also be in form of a feather, skin, fur, bone or hair.  

Now, you can use it's ability as if it were your own. You can fail on this spell thrice on a single type of elemental. On the fourth time, all elementals on you are released at full health, hostile to you and you can never use this spell on that specific elemental, short of a Wish. This can be dispelled by casting Disjunction at close range with direct line of sight to the scale. This also releases the elemental but at half health and a random negative condition. Alternatively, you can also release the elemental by picking off the scale, throwing it on the ground and saying, "I release you" in Primordial. Now, the elemental is released at full health but bound.

At Higher Level. When you cast this spell with a 9th-level spell slot, dispelling requires double casting of Disjunction within 1 day. Above conditions apply.

NOTE: After casting this spell, it is treated as expending a spell slot, which can be recovered with a short rest.
