You Create a Force rope, it can be used to climb, entangle creatures, or any other use you could have for a normal rope.

The rope will attach itself to any surface you chose with one object interaction action, you can make the rope release the surface as a bonus action, or the creature that desires to release the rope from the surface has to make a Strength ability check against your spellcasting DC, if the creature is restrained by the rope it makes the Strength saving throw on its turn as an action with disadvantage to free itself, and it is Grappled.

The rope will have a length equal to:

(Spellcasting modifier + Proficiency Bonus. )* 5ft

You can dispel the rope as an Action, or when you use this spell again the previous rope is dispelled.
