Ava's Atropa Belladonna

When you cast this spell, you present the cylinder used as the material component and choose a point within range and cause a bewitching fragrance to waft through the air. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make an Constitution saving throw. A creature immune to poison can’t be affected by this spell and creatures that have keen smell have disadvantage on the save. A target takes 4d8 poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

After a failed save, a target is paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can make an Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
