You flick your hand, causing a creature within range to because disoriented between its allies and enemies. The creature must succeed on an Charisma saving throw, taking 9d8 psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Additionally, on a failed save, the creature becomes hostile towards one creature of your choice for the duration. At the end of each turn the creature spends without making an attack or casting a spell against the creature it is hostile to, it takes 4d8 psychic damage. Creatures are immune to this spell if they are immune to the charmed.
