You target one creature object being within range and point in its direction and whisper a forbidden and forgotten curse. only the target can hear the words you speak if the target is capable of hearing. To cast this spell a sphere of Annihilation must be present for you to strip of its magical protections destroying it in the process and using its energies to wipe your target from existence. The target if able then makes a Constitution and a Charisma saving throw or suffer the following effects, sentient objects targeted by this spell including artifacts must make the charisma save or suffer the effects, non sentient objects magical or otherwise are immediately and permanently destroyed with the exception of artifacts.
• On a failed Constitution saving throw the material substance of the target of this spell is entirely wiped from existence along with any items that are non magical, not so much as dust left behind.
On a successful Constitution save however the target instead takes 10d10 force damage ignoring immunity and resistance.
• On a failed Charisma saving throw the spiritual substance of the target of this spell is wiped from existence and the target cannot be resurrected by any means though a successful wish spell can create a copy of an individual based on the memory of the being casting the wish but the knowledge of the copy is entirely based on the knowledge of the caster any information the caster would not know of the one they’re trying to bring back is lost forever unless there’s another way to find the information out.
On a successful Charisma save however the target instead takes 10d10 psychic damage ignoring immunity and resistance.
