makes the target creature have to pee their pants with out being able to pee, like it’s been a long time since you peed kind of feeling but when it’s time to go, you don’t have a bathroom available so you pray and hold it a little linger promising that the next bush or copse of tree you will relive yourself but everytime you find the right spot, there’s no safe place to go and you still have to pee kind of I am going to dance it out sensation, it cause 1 level of exhaustion on failed con save and it can stack
