A piece of magic gone wrong, a chaos spell creates sometimes un-removable effects on the location it is cast, intentionally or not.
To use, roll a D12 and consult the table
1-4: The caster takes 6d6 Necrotic damage. If they are reduced to 0 Hp by this, they instantly die.
5-8: The spell explodes, and all creatures within 15 feet must make a Dex saving throw, and on a failed saving throw, take 4D6+2 force damage, and half as much on a successful one.
9-10: An antimagic field 15 feet in radius appears for 6 hours. During that time, within the field, no spells may be cast besides from legendary items, the Wish spell, godly magic, and artifacts.
11-12: The caster, objects, and creatures within 15 feet teleported to a random location within one mile, of the DMs choosing, that they have traveled to before. Non-sentient Items will be teleported to the location of the nearest creature to them.
