Alter Voice

Choose one creature within range. For the duration of the spell, the way this creature's voice sounds to others is altered in a way that you choose. Possible alterations include:

• Changing the pitch or tone of the target's voice
• Changing the volume of the target's voice
• Making the target's voice have a particular sound, such as being croaky, breathy, or raspy
• Making the target's voice have a particular effect, such as echoing or distortion
• Making the target's voice sound like that of another person

You don't have fine enough control to change the words the target is saying, and while you can make a spellcaster's voice inaudible, any verbal components of a spell can still be preformed.
