A bright light swallows you and in a magical-girl/winx like transformation sequence you grow cat ears, bows and pins appear in your hair, your lashes are longer, cheeks are blushy and tiny hearts appear on them, right underneath your eyes. The clothes and armor you were wearing become a french maid outfit (your AC remains the same). Any creature within eyesight of the transformation must take succeed on a DC 12 wisdom saving sthrow or 1d6 + your charisma modifier of psychic damage. If a creature has seen the transformation before and they are aware that it is happening they take no damage, if they have seen it before but are unaware, they take half of the damage on an unsuccessful saving throw.
In the Catboy Bard form you get advantage on any charisma and performance checks and on psychic damage attacks.
The spell ends once you dismiss it or after 24 hours. You can use it once every long rest.
You also look very cute.
