Pick up to two targets to make a strength saving throw. If they succeed, nothing happens. If the target fails, it takes 4d4+1 cold damage and the target becomes grappled. If the caster successfully holds concentration and holds the target until the caster’s next turn, they can throw the target down to deal 2d10 bludgeoning damage.
