Cobra Shot

You fire a tiny orb of contact poison at the eyes of one creature you can see within range.  Make a ranged spell attack against the target.  On a hit, the target takes 4d4 poison damage and is blinded for 1 round. On a miss, the orb splashes the target with contact poison for half as much damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the base damage increases by 2d4 for each slot level above 2nd.
