Waves of Dissonance

You redirect and project bursts of loud sounds at a targeted creature. The creature targeted must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 4d8 thunder damage, taking half damage on a success instead. For every 2 Constitution saving throws failed by a creature due to this spell and subsequent recasts in the same action, they are stunned and deafened for 1 round.

When cast at a higher level, for every 2 spell levels higher than the base level of this spell, this spell is recast on the same action one more time.
