You gather the wind to take the shape of an arrow, which looks like a green beam of energy, and fire. The point of impact marks the center of a vortex, dragging all into a chaotic slashing of air akin to a tornado.
When casted, all creatures within the effected area must do a DEX save. On failure, every creature moves as close to the vortex’s origin as possible, dealing 3d6 force damage. On success, they take half damage and do not move.
If any attack dealing fire, cold or lightning damage enters the effected area, the creatures inside must do a CON save. On failure, they take 2d6 damage of the respective type. On success, they take half damage. This effect cannot occur more than once per round.
