A disembodied, invisible eye manifests in an unoccupied space that you can see within 60 feet of you; the eye remains for 1 minute. When you manifest your Watcher's Gaze you can create a psychic backlash in a 10 foot radius around the eye. Creatures within the range of the psychic backlash must succeed on a Wisdom Saving Throw against your warlock spell save DC or become charmed or frightened by you until the end of your next turn. The eye created by this ability is a tiny magic object that can pass through spaces as small as 1 inch wide.
While your Watcher's Gaze is present you can use your bonus action on subsequent turns to move the eye up to 60 feet and create a psychic backlash. Additionally, you can use your Action to project your senses into the eye and see and hear as if you were in its space. While your senses are projected in this way you are otherwise blinded and deafened.
