A bolt of brilliant light blue lightning strikes the target, detonating in a roar of thunder. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 8d10 lightning damage immediately and any creature within a 10ft sphere takes 4d6 thunder damage. All Aoe targets take a DEX saving throw, on a success the targets take no damage. On a miss, there is no damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage (both initial and Aoe) increases by 1 dice for each slot level above 5th.
