Arcane Arrow

You wave your finger in a spiral as an Arcane mist forms into an arrow like bolt, then you can target 1 creature within 60 ft, and the bolt fires off to that creature piercing their armor and flying through the target.  you may roll 1d4 and the target creature takes this damage  (this attack does not require an attack roll). if there is a creature behind the target, the creature takes your spell-casting modifier as damage.

At higher levels. increases damage die count by one at these levels - 3, 8, 13, 20.
