You envelope yourself in a cyclone that is centred on you. It snuffs out flames, vapor and gas around you in a 10 foot radius. All attack rolls from range weapon attacks have disadvantage when they pass in and out of the cyclone. This area is considered difficult terrain for anyone next to you or entering in the radius.
