A taboo spell, requiring the spilling of one's own blood. This spell was created by a band of five legendary bards known only as "Dethklok", attempting to invent "the most metal spell ever". By slashing your own wrists and splattering blood upon your enemies, you create the perfect conductor for magical energy. As part of casting this spell, you take 1d8 slashing damage. Each creature in a 30 foot cone must make a constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a target takes 3d8 lightning damage and is stunned until the end of their next turn. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage, but suffers no other effect. 

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th or higher level, the damage increases by 1d8 as well an additional 1d8 you take for each slot level above 3rd. The damage dealt to you for casting this spell is not increased.
