Arcane voice

As a free action while you use your hands to make an symbol in a sign language. A voice of your choose echos from you and says the word you made in sign language. The voice can be yours or somebody's else. You can use this cantrip to cast other spells that need the verbal component. You need both hands free to cast this spell.
