The caster can transport a creature or object (that they have a clear line of sight to and are within 60 feet of the caster), or the caster themselves, rapidly in any single direction for a distance of up to 30-feet (10-metres), including straight up, from which (if there is no ceiling) the creature will take up to 3d6 falling damage [1d6 per 10ft].
Intelligent creatures may make a DC15 saving throw, on a roll of 15 or 16 the effect is reduced by 10 ft (20 ft effect). On a roll of 17 or 18 the effect is reduced by 20 ft. On a roll of 19 or 20 the spell has no effect.
The weight limit is 1000lbs (500kgs) any higher, the spell has limited or no effect.
The effect is instantaneous and the affected person/creature does not suffer any damage from acceleration or deceleration other than momentary dizziness or disorienting should they have been unprepared for the move. However, if the creature is 'Wooshed' into an object or other immovable barrier, walls, doors etc. normal falling damage rules apply. (1d6 per 10 ft). If 'wooshed' into another creature, calculate the falling damage and it is divided equally between the two creatures.
As a 4th Level spell: The caster can move 2 creatures within a 10 ft diameter (range of effect) in the same direction.
As a 7th Level spell (or higher): The caster can move up to 4-creatures 30 feet (within a 10 ft range of effect), 2-creatures up to 60 ft, or 1-creature up to 120 feet.
