Vines Twister

 You summon a 9 foot/3 meters high swirling typhoon made of wiggling vines.
It will go over the terrain around you in a spiralling motion, trying to absorb your enemies in its revolution.

 Once caught in it, they must roll a Dexterity save:
.If they fail, they are spewed back on the field Incapacitated and Restrained for 2 rounds.
.If they succeed, they fall out of the tornado free from boundaries.
