Age self

Age yourself 5 years older or younger.

When you cast this spell with a higher level spellslot you can age yourself up or down an additional 5 years for each level above the first.

Casting the spell as a ritual puts no limit on how far older or younger you can make yourself. Aging below birth or above your lifespan instantly kills your character. 

All damage and conditions remain as they where but inflicted on a different body.
