You levitate for a moment as a roiling tempest surrounds you. You choose a point within 40 feet of you where a 15ft radius ball of lightning laced stormclouds swirl from you. Anyone within 10ft of you must succeed on a constitution or strength saving throw or be pulled 20 ft from you towards the location of the Storm.
The storm swirls and causes a disorienting effect on those caught in its area. If a creature within the area chooses to move, they must succeed on either a Wisdom or Intelligence check to determine their orientation. A failed save results in that creature moving in a random direction the same distance instead of where they intended. Use a d8 to determine the direction of each 5ft of movement at random. This effect ends when they leave the area of the storm and they can move the remainder of their speed as they wish.
Each round after the first you may do one of the following:
As a bonus action, you can cause lightning to surge out from the stormclouds. Choose a point within 100ft range of a point within the clouds. Each creature in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw and take 6d6 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures within the area of the storm have disadvantage on this save.
As an Action you may cause the Storm to Swell. Any amount of creatures you choose up to your spellcasting modifier within 120ft of the Storm must succeed on a Con or Str save or be pulled towards any point you choose within the storm 30 feet and knocked prone. Afterwards, a thunderous blast emits from the storm causing all creatures within it to make a Constitution saving throw or take 8d8 Thunder damage or half on a successful save.
