Varen's Mystic Staff

You summon a staff of force with a range of 5 feet. Whenever you make an attack with it, make a melee spell attack roll, dealing 3d4 force damage on a hit. The damage increases by 1d4 per spell level cast above 1st.

Everybody could use a good stick. The good part just depends on which end you're on.
