You cut your hand, taking 1d6 necrotic damage, and let your blood slowly drip onto the ground as you uttered dark necromantic words. As you do so dark storm clouds appear, it starts to rain blood within a 120ft radius around the caster. All creatures chosen by the caster in that radius must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the targets suffer 3d6 Necrotic damage and 2d4 Poison damage and half damage on a successful save. Each round the target is in the rain, for the spell's duration, the target must make another Constitution saving throw at the start of their turn or suffer an additional 2d4 poison damage. If the target fails three consecutive savings throw the target becomes poisoned for 24 hours. On a successful save the spells effects end on the target and the target is immune to the poison for 24 hours.
If cast at higher levels, the caster suffers an additional 1d6 necrotic damage and the target suffers an additional 1d4 poison damage for each level above first.
If cast as a ritual this spell lasts for 1 Hour.
