You touch a creature, and that creature must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or becomes hideously transformed for the duration of the spell. A willing creature can choose to fail this saving throw. When you cast this spell, choose the nature of the mutation from the following options:
Flesh of Air
The target's body sprouts a number of birdlike features including a set of wings and large predatory eyes. For the duration, the target gains a fly speed of 30ft and has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or sight.
Flesh of Land
The target's body bristles with stiff fur and their face elongates with a bestial snout. For the duration, the targets base walking speed increases to 50ft and has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
Flesh of Sea
The target's body becomes a patchwork of scales and slime, with a number of gill slits appearing on either side of their throat. For the duration, the target gains a swim speed of 30ft and can breathe in both air and water.
Flesh of Soil
The target's body stiffens with chitinous plating as they grow a set of digging claws and twitching antennae. For the duration, the target gains a burrow speed of 15ft and has tremorsense out to a range of 20ft.
The target also grows claws, fangs, spines, horns, tentacles or a different natural weapon you choose, as appropriate for the selected mutation. Their unarmed strikes deal 1d6 bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage, as appropriate to the natural weapon you chose, and they are proficient with these unarmed strikes.
While under the effects of this spell, targets have advantage on Charisma (intimidation) checks, but disadvantage on all other Charisma Checks.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4rd level or higher, you can affect one additional creature for each level above 3rd.
