Basic Ki Manipulation

Basic skills picked up while learning ki manipulation has generated some small side benefits. As an action, a skilled ki user can clean, dry or heat their body or 1 cubic foot of material, regulate their body temperature in order to protect them from the environment for an hour, extend their ability to hold their breath for 30 mins, generate dim light for 5ft from a point on their body for an hour, or cause a harmless pulse of power to stir the air or snuff candles in a 5ft radius.
