You create cloud veiling radiant light in the shape of a cylinder that is 5 feet tall with a 30-foot radius, it appears 10 feet directly overhead. The spell fails if you can't see a point in the air where the storm cloud could appear (for example, if you are in a room that can't accommodate the cloud).
When you cast the spell select a creature underneath the cloud. You leap into the cloud and come down on that creature with radiant seraph wings. Make a melee spell attack against the target, on a hit it takes 5d12 radiant damage. You end your action in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the creature whether you hit or missed. On each of your turns until the spell ends, you can use your action to attack any creature under the cloud in the same manner, ending your action next to a selected target.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th or higher level, you can target one additional creature for each spell slot level above 5th.
