Cloud of Pepper

You create a five-foot-radius cloud of pepper centered on a point you choose within range. Any creature that starts its turn in the spell's area must make a DC 12 Constitution save or be at disadvantage on to hit and ability checks during the turn due to the cloud's chocking and sneezing effects.

The cloud's radius increases to 10 feet at level 3, 15 feet at level 5 and 20 feet at level 7.
