When you cast this spell, touch an object of up to 15 pounds. For the duration of the spell or until you end the spell at any time, the object is transferred to the Astral Plane. Wherever you go, the item follows on the Astral Plane and nothing on the Material Plane (save for items enabling sight into astral space) can detect the item. When the spell ends, the item falls into your hands (if possible) or reappears in front of you. Extension spells apply, however using permanency will trap the item on the Astral Plane forever. The spell does not function on living things.
