Upon casting this spell, a grand showcase of hundreds upon thousands of lightning bolts strike the ground in a straight line as far as the eye can see. After the earth has been scorched and made barren the lightning stops. Any enemy within 10 ft of the wall must make a Dexterity save. Upon a failed save the target takes 4d8 lightning damage (half as much on a successful one) and is knocked prone.
Additionally, any enemy that approaches the wall activates the lightning once more. They are struck by lightning on the spot and dealt 2d8 lightning damage and are stunned until their next turn.
The wall cannot be destroyed by normal means as it was a blessing from the storm Gods themselves to protect they who cast it. However it can be destroyed by the affect of a Dispell Magic spell.
The wall itself is 90 ft in length and 50 ft tall. When casting this spell, the caster may shape it into any shape they desire, however it will always meet the ground. It cannot be made to float like the Wall of Force spell.
Also when cast at a level higher than 5th, the caster can shape it into a dome to trap their foes should the need arise.
