Blinding Brilliance

Blinding light suffuses the area around you, causing you to become heavily obscured to others. Anything other than you trying to target you or look directly at you suffers from the blinded condition until they look away (you can see normally through the brilliance). You emanate bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet.

Until the spell ends, you have resistance to necrotic damage. In addition, whenever a creature within 10 feet of you hits you with an attack, the light sears that creature, dealing it 2d8 radiant damage.
