Artillery Bombardment

A volley of flames rains from the the sky in a 30 ft radius 60 ft tall cylinder centered at a point within range. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 8d8 fire damage on a failure or half as much on a success. This spell deals maximum damage to structures.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8, the radius increases by up to 30 ft, and the range increases by 60 ft for each slot level above 5th.
