Astaros' Cursed Doll

This spell links your target's soul to the doll, which is filled with curses and your target's essence. As long as your target is in the same plane of existance as you the curse will affect it, if you speak anything close to the doll your target will hear you and if it already heard your voice it might recognize you. You can inflict damage to your target piercing needles in the doll, dropping hot candle wax on it or even submerging the doll under water which will cause a slow and painfull sufocation to the target. Each attack you make using the doll requires an action and deals 1 damage per turn, if you use the pins it will be piercing, if you use the hot wax it will be fire, if you use water it will be necrotic.

When the target loses half of it's hit points it can make a [idk] saving throw, if it succeds the target is no longer affected and can't be cursed by this means for the next 24h. If the target fails the test you can rip a member of the doll off, If you do so the target must make a constituition saving throw in case of failing it loses the corresponding member and can make another [idk] saving throw to try to escape the spell's effect, if the saving succeds the target does not loses it's member, is no longer affected by the spell and can't be cursed by this means for the next 24h. If it fails the 2nd save to escape the effect of the spell the target now know your location, but still affected by the spell which means you still can do harm to it. The saves to escape the spell or escape dismembrating can repeat itselves if the target keeps being cured. When the target achieves 1 hit point one last saving throw to escape the spell's effect, when it does so it must be with advantage, if the target fails the last save it dies imediatelly.

When the spell ends the doll and it's content burns to ashes.This spell can be broken if the target or the doll is targeted with the Remove Curse spell. This spell does not affects undead, construct and plants.

 If you cast this spell using a slot of 7th level the duration increases to 10 minutes, if you cast using a 9th level spell slot the spell can lasts until 15 minutes.
