When cast upon a creature or object, they must make a Constitution Savings Throw DC 20 + Caster Save

The target must make its save or it is instantly erased from history taking 8D20 Eldritch Blast Damage, it's body is not recoverable, nor can it be resurrected by any means short of a Godly intervention. Even a Wish spell, no matter how craftily worded can bring the victim of this spell back.

The Caster, upon destroying someone with this spell, immediately falls unconscious for 3 days (No Saving Throw) as the energies for this spell are brought out of the caster's very life force.
