Acid
A downpour of concentrated acid soaks the ground in a 30 foot radius, 60 foot high cylinder centered on a point within range. Each creature within this radius must make a constitution saving throw, taking 6D8 on a failed save, or half as much on a success.
If the creature is wearing nonmagical armour fails this saving throw, the armour takes a permanent and consecutive -1 penalty to the AC it offers. Armour reduced on AC of 10 is destroyed completely.

Posted Jun 5, 2021I like this spell! I feel like potentially destroying someone's armor might be a spell level higher to 6th so it's somewhere on par with "Disintegrate". Also, making a constitution saving throw makes sense for resisting a poison afflicting your health makes sense, but making a constitution saving throw to dodge acidic rain feels more like it should be a dexterity saving throw since you're moving and dodging falling precipitation rather than relying on your general hardiness to resist your skin dissolving.
Other than that, it looks super cool! I would want to use it as a player and as a DM!
