Creates a magically binding contract. In order for the contract to be binding both parties must sign the contract willingly. the contract becomes non-binding when all clauses are completed, one or more parties break the contract, or a new contract is written amending or negating the previous contract. Consequences for breaking the contract do a max of 1d10 rolled at contract creation. specifics of consequences can be better defined in the contract however cannot exceed the original year roled damage.
Contracts can be as specific or vague as you wish, however contracts are only considered broken if the participant willingly and knowingly breaks it.
contracts can be reinforeced with magic added to them however every spell slot worth of magic added takes twice as long as the last. Each spell level worth of magic infused into the document adds 1d8 worth of possible damage.
initial contract can be casted at higher levels to reduce the amount of time required to reinforce it.
