You may use this spell to make any of the effect of Tre Shape change permanent. You may apply up to 4 modifications to any entity. You may also use the modifications described below. In order to create something you must have organic matter equal to what you want to create. For example if you want to make someone more intelligent or wis you will need brain cells, or if you want to make a third arm you will need an arm.
5th level modifications- ability score increase by 1.
10th level- extra arm/leg. Arm gives advantage on strength checks, leg on dex. If a creature gets 2 arms this way it can make an extra attack with a weapon, two legs increase movement speed by 30.
15- breath weapon. You gain the breath weapon of a young dragon.
20th level- Lumien powers, you may take one power from another Lumien type. This does not stack.
