Choose a willing target creature and describe both the color and style of hair desired. The target creature instantly grows the described hair regardless of whether they are naturally able to grow hair. The style and color do not need to be naturally possible  If the target is unwilling, they may make a constitution saving throw against you spell DC to resist the change of appearance, if they succeed the save the spell fails. The affects of the spell remain until dispelled or targeted by a spell such as "Remove Curse."
