Valentine's Purifying Grasp

"I'll purify this cruel world, one smoldering husk at a time."

Conjure a seething flame in your palm to burn into a nearby creature. The target creature needs to make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, both you and the target are restrained until the spell ends and it takes 2d6 fire damage. You must use an action on each of your turns to deal this fire damage to the creature or the spell ends. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, freeing itself on a success.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st.
