The symbol can only stretch around one corner, and cannot encompass an entire surface. The insignia does not change the texture of the surface and does not stretch to other solid objects, such as pipes or blood on the targeted surface. The insignia can be any color or colors that you like and cannot be removed by normal means, though it can be covered by paint and other objects.
